When you decide to change a space, there are often many What if? questions. What if this wall comes down? What if the kitchen moves here? What if we just paint the walls and rearrange the furniture?

This concept rendering helped a client see: What if we removed a wall and switched the kitchen and dining areas?

When you start a project, you have to develop a plan. That's where a concept rendering can be invaluable. It doesn't show all the details, but it helps you visualize the space before you spend time and money changing it.

Next step: The clients are confirming engineering requirements, and then final plans will be developed.
